Here's how it works:
1. Purchase (7) 12 inch Tombstone pizzas and receive a $5 credit.
2. Purchase (12) 12 inch Tombstone pizzas and receive a $10 credit.
3. Purchase (17) 1 inch Tombstone pizzas and receive a $15 credit.
Collect the UPC labels off the back of the pizzas and submit by 1/15/10 along with the offer form and a credit will be sent to one of your utility providers. You get to choose which provider receives the credit. Choices are home heating, mobile phone, satellite, utility or cable.
