The Target in Eden Prairie is is in the early stages of a renovation. They have started the expansion of the grocery area to eventually include fresh produce and meat. The anticipated completion date is May. You will notice that they are also working in the middle of the store installings new fitting rooms. It sounds like all of the departments will be shifting. Keep your eyes open for good deals as they need to shift merchandise around during construction. I'll let you know if I get any updated info as this progresses.
